SP124/SPV124 model

SP124/SPV124 model

The SP124/SPV124 model is a vario weather seal designed for windows and doors. The SP124/SPV124 works as a compression seal in the grooves of window or door frames helping to protect against the elements. Dual hardness complete with foil covering for protection make SP124/SPV124 efficient whilst also acting as a smoke barrier due to their make up. As a closed cell structure with micro foam, SP124/SPV124 seals are smoke resistant and also do not absorb water which would make them less effective. The seals have a rigid back making them easier to install but also meaning that unlike other models, the SP124/SPV124 is prevented from stretching. With the adjustable design the seal is made specifically for the grooves in windows and doors that need protecting against the elements; SP124/SPV124 typically possesses a working temperature of -40ºC to +120ºC. SP124/SPV124 is therefore productive in extreme temperatures so offers a total and reliable weatherseal solution. The micro foam, closed cell structure is made up of Thermoplastic Elastomer giving SP124/SPV124 optimal resilience and also giving the SP124/SPV124 model exceptional mechanical and thermal qualities.
