The Royde & Tucker H086 HI-LOAD lift-off hinge is a high-quality hinge solution for traditional timber applications, now tested for use on the Lignum casement window system.

Designed to support a traditional window aesthetic and opening function, the H086 provides a practical option for timber casement windows where a classic appearance, reliable operation and proven product performance are required.

The hinge is also suitable for timber window applications requiring strength, durability and easy sash removal. Tested to BS EN 1935 Grade 10, it is suitable for sashes up to a maximum adjusted weight of 60kg and a minimum sash thickness of 35mm. In accordance with BS 4787.

Manufactured from Grade 304 stainless steel, the H086 is available in a choice of finishes including Satin Stainless Steel, Dark Bronze, Black and Antique Brass. HI-LOAD hinges are maintenance free and supplied with a 25-year mechanical guarantee, provided they are correctly specified and fitted.
