- Hinge shim packers to suit the Royde & Tucker H101's and H102's high performance butt hinges
- Grade 304 satin stainless steel material
- Designed to be installed with the hinges, this creates an easier way to adjust the door should the door experience any movement. This reduces the need to make alterations to the door or use unsuitable material e.g. cardboard to pack the hinges
- Each shim packer is 1.2mm which when used on both hinge leaves gives 1.2mm-2.4mm adjustment. It is possible to use multiple packers on each leaf which allows a greater range of adjustment.
- To remove the shim packer after installation, simply remove the top and bottom screw, loosen the 3 middle screws and slide the shim packer out or back in as desired
