Engineered based on the proven Thunderbolt™ Locking system, flexiLock boasts enhanced tolerance for door fitting, potentially reducing fitting time and costly errors on site. Supplied in three parts—central gearbox, upper, and lower extensions—for maximum adaptability, flexiLock requires minimal additional routing, fitting seamlessly into existing door sash machining preps.
- Available with 16mm wide faceplate and 35mm backset for PVCu and Aluminium doors generally.
- 20mm wide faceplate and 45mm backset for timber and composite doors
- Capable of replacing locks from 1300mm to 2240mmsatisfying a huge range of door heights.
- The 92mm PZ central gearbox is non-handed and adaptable for lever/lever or Lever Pad applications.
- Tested to 100,000 cycles the sprung gearbox offers the lowest possible operating forces and helps prevent
handle ‘droop’ - In most cases the existing handles can be re-fitted and the existing euro profile cylinder can be reused if
desired. - Plated to comply with the highest Grade 4 corrosion resistance requirement of BS EN1670 European Standard. 240 hours.
- The Thunderbolt™ tapered dual deadbolt locking points will also work with the majority of existing frame keeps*
so there should be minimal need to replace them.
